This Subscription Policy explains how paid subscriptions for Jackaroo ("the Service") are purchased, renewed, managed, and cancelled.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Plans
Jackaroo offers one or more optional paid subscription plans ("Subscriptions").
Subscription benefits may include:
- Ad-free gameplay
- Premium features
- Cosmetic enhancements
- Early access to new features
- Additional account features
- Other benefits described at the time of purchase
Subscription benefits may change over time.
3. Free Accounts
Creating a Jackaroo account does not require purchasing a Subscription.
Free accounts may:
- Play the core game
- Add friends
- Send messages
- View game history
- Participate in matchmaking
Free accounts may display advertisements or have limited access to certain premium features.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Depending on the selected plan, billing may occur:

5. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Jackaroo does not store your payment card information.
Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period using your selected payment method.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
7. Subscription Management
You may manage your Subscription through your Jackaroo account or any other method we provide.
You may:
- View your current plan
- Cancel automatic renewal
- Update payment information (through Stripe where applicable)
- View billing history if available
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate your Subscription.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- You will continue receiving Subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may:
- Retry the payment
- Notify you of the failed payment
- Suspend premium benefits until payment is received
- Cancel the Subscription if payment cannot be completed
Access to free features will generally remain available unless your account is otherwise restricted.
10. Price Changes
We may change Subscription prices from time to time.
If your Subscription price changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect.
Continuing your Subscription after the new billing period begins constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
11. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, Subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused Subscription time
- Failure to use Subscription benefits
If a billing error occurs, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

From time to time we may offer:
