Welcome to Jackaroo ("the Service").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Ahmed ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of Jackaroo.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction to create an account.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
You may only create an account if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your Account

- all activity performed using your account

We reserve the right to require verification of account ownership.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for selecting a strong password.
Although we employ reasonable security measures, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact us.
5. The Service
Jackaroo is an online multiplayer board game platform that may include:
- online multiplayer matches
- matchmaking
- friends
- private messaging
- rankings
- leaderboards
- game history
- subscriptions
- advertisements
- future features and updates
Features may change over time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
You may not:
- violate any applicable law
- interfere with the operation of the Service
- disrupt other players
- harass other users
- spam
- distribute malware
- attempt unauthorized access
- exploit software bugs
- intentionally degrade the Service
7. Fair Play
Maintaining competitive integrity is extremely important.
You may not:
- use bots
- automate gameplay
- use scripts or macros
- use AI to play matches on your behalf
- modify the game client
- manipulate network traffic
- exploit bugs
- intentionally disconnect to gain an advantage
- collude with other players
- manipulate rankings
- create multiple accounts for competitive advantage
Violations may result in:
- warnings
- temporary suspensions
- permanent account bans
- ranking resets
- forfeiture of rewards
- removal of match results
Our decisions regarding competitive integrity are final unless otherwise stated.
8. Friends and Messaging
The Service allows users to interact through friends lists and private messaging.
You remain solely responsible for content you send.
You may not use messaging to:
- threaten others
- harass users
- distribute spam
- advertise unauthorized services
- share malicious software
- impersonate another person
- engage in fraudulent activity
We may investigate reports of abuse and take appropriate action.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including messages, usernames, and profile information.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
10. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Subscription details, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Subscription Policy.
11. Advertisements
Free accounts may be shown advertisements.
Subscribers may receive an ad-free experience depending on their subscription tier.
Advertising partners may be subject to separate privacy policies.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, graphics, artwork, trademarks, logos, text, and game assets, is owned by Ahmed or licensed to us.
Except as permitted by law, you may not:
- copy
- distribute
- modify
- reverse engineer
- decompile
- sell
- sublicense
any part of the Service without our written permission.
13. Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
We may also release updates that are required for continued use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ahmed from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
